Questions & Answers

Q1: My showerhead always drops down and its holder can't fit on it. What should I do? A1: You may have installed the hose to the showerhead incorrectly. Please refer to the picture for the correct installation.

Q2: Why does the LED shower head sometimes flash between two colors? A2: The LED light will flash between two colors when the water temperature is right between the two color thresholds. When the red light is flashing, it means the water temperature is too high (over 120℉).
